Interim and full servicing on any make and model, with the right parts, the right oil and your service book stamped.
You get a price before the service starts, not a bill afterwards.
Servicing costs vary with the vehicle, because a small petrol hatchback and a diesel van do not take the same oil, the same filters or the same amount of labour. So we price it on your vehicle. Give us the make, model, engine and rough mileage and we will tell you what an interim or a full service will cost before you commit to anything.
That figure includes the parts and the labour. If we find something during the service that needs attention, it does not get added to the bill quietly. We ring you, explain what we have found, tell you what it costs and wait for you to say yes. That is the whole point of costing jobs up front.
A service is meant to catch problems while they are still cheap.
An interim service is the shorter one, built around an oil and filter change plus a proper check over the safety items that wear steadily: brakes, tyres, fluid levels, lights, belts and hoses. It suits vehicles doing average mileage between full services, and it is the one that catches a worn brake pad before it takes the disc with it.
A full service goes considerably further, taking in air and fuel filtration, spark plugs where they are due, a deeper look at the suspension, steering and exhaust, and the checks the manufacturer schedules at higher mileage intervals. If you are not sure which your vehicle is due, tell us the mileage and when it was last done and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
Everything we use meets the manufacturer's specification, which matters more than most people realise on modern engines: the wrong oil grade in a diesel with a particulate filter causes real damage. Servicing here does not affect a manufacturer warranty, as long as the correct parts and schedule are used, and that is exactly what we do. Your book gets stamped and you get told what we found.
Make, model, engine and mileage is enough for us to price it.
We will tell you which one your mileage and history actually calls for.
Correct parts and oil specification, carried out to the manufacturer schedule.
Service book stamped and anything we spotted reported back to you.
An interim covers oil, filter and the wearing safety items, and suits average mileage between full services. A full service adds air and fuel filtration, plugs where due and the deeper manufacturer checks. Tell us your mileage and we will tell you which you need.
No, as long as the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts to the correct specification. That is how we service, and your book gets stamped to show it.
Most manufacturers want a service every twelve months or at a set mileage, whichever comes first. Short journeys and stop-start driving are harder on oil than motorway miles, so if that is your pattern, err towards the shorter interval.
Yes, and it is the sensible way to do it. One visit, one drop-off, and anything the test picks up can be dealt with while the vehicle is already here.
We do. Mark is an IMI qualified repair centre for electric vehicles, so hybrids and EVs can be serviced here rather than going back to a main dealer.
